SUKKARY RUTOB
The Sukkary Rutob is a fresh date, grown predominantly from the Al-Qaseem region. Distinctively yellow and acorn-shaped, the date is very creased. The Sukkary is almost toffee fudge-like, moist and yet crunchy in texture. The crunchy texture is due to the crystallized sugars in the Sukkary Rutob. Definitely one of the sweetest - a caramel of dates.
